Jim has been a Realtor since 1993. During that time he has earned the CPL, CRS, and GRI certifications. Before that he was a professional landman for 44 years.  He was president of the Petroleum Association of Wyoming, Vice-president of the Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Association, and vice-president of the  American Association of Professional Landmen.

In his 14 years as a Realtor, he has attained the designation of Certified Residential Specialist ( the highest designation attainable.) He has also had some dealings in commercial and farm properties.

Jim has lived in Casper for 38 years and is well known in the community.  He specializes in giving personal service to his clients and is very professional, dedicated, and his honesty is impeccable.
